1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "Service" refers to the Kartio AI platform and related services
  • "Customer" refers to the person or entity using the Service
  • "End User" refers to customers of the Customer who interact with the AI
  • "Content" refers to data, text, images, and other materials

2. Service Scope

Kartio provides an AI-powered sales assistant for ecommerce businesses, including chat, voice calls, and reporting features. The specific features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4.3 Overage

Usage beyond your plan limits may result in additional charges or service suspension.

5. Demo and Early Access

Demo calls and early access features are provided as-is for evaluation purposes. They may have limited functionality or availability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with other users' access to the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful or deceptive content

7. Customer Obligations

Data Accuracy

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and update of catalog data, prices, availability, commercial policies, returns, warranties, shipping rules, offers, and any information provided to Kartio.

8. Phone Calls and Consent

All phone calls require explicit consent. You must ensure you have a lawful basis for calling any phone number. See our Voice Call Policy for details.

9. AI Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete responses. You should review important AI-generated content before relying on it.

10. Intellectual Property

Kartio retains all rights to the Service, including software, trademarks, and branding. You retain ownership of your Content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kartio's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other material breaches. You may terminate your account at any time.

13. Governing Law
