Kartio Assistant
answers with artificial intelligence
I'm looking for a gift for my sister, something elegant under 100 euros
Under 100 euros I have two scarves that work well as a gift. This one is the nicest to wrap.

Sciarpa Veneto in cashmere
Midnight blue · one size
Perfect, add it to the cart
Done, it's in your cart: €95.00. You're €5.00 away from free shipping.

The same answer, spoken out loud. The customer speaks, the assistant replies and opens the product page.
A chatbot answers. A shop assistant sells what you have in store.
The differenceThe difference is not the tone of the answers, it is where they come from. Every Kartio sentence originates from your real catalogue.
What it recommends
Plausible products, sometimes non-existent
Only items present in your catalogue, with the right variant
Prices and stock
The ones it read once, whenever it read them
Read from your store at the moment it answers
Where it takes the customer
Nowhere: it answers and stops there
To the product page and the cart, inside the conversation
What you know afterwards
How many questions it received
Which orders came from its answers, and for how much
Not how many answers. How many orders.
The proofEvery recommendation, every page opened, every cart and every order stays linked to the conversation that produced it. The key figure is not the cart total: it is the part the assistant really sold.
Testing traffic stays out of the counts, and orders remain attached to the conversation even after personal data has been deleted.
No promised percentages: you see what it earns in euros, order by order, on your own store.

The customer speaks. The store answers.
VoiceNot a voice message to replay: a conversation. If the customer interrupts, the assistant stops speaking and listens, just like a person behind the counter would.
Customer
The customer holds the button and speaks, as they would with a person.
Assistant
It understands the request and replies by voice, with the products you really have.
Store
The product page opens by itself while the assistant talks about it.
Cart
The item enters the store's real cart, with the right variant.

We switch it on
Voice does not turn itself on and nobody can enable it from the store panel. We open it on request, store by store.
With a spending cap
Every store has an agreed monthly limit. Once the limit is reached, voice stops by itself: spending cannot run away.
You choose the voice
Thirty voices to choose from in your store panel. You listen to them before deciding, just like below.
The craft of a shop assistant, applied to your catalogue.
What it doesIt knows the catalogue, not the category
It reads your store's products, variants, product pages, FAQs and service pages. It recommends items that exist and that you can ship.
Prices and discounts from the store
Price, promotion and availability are read from your ecommerce at the moment the assistant answers.
It puts items in the cart
It adds the item to the real cart, with the correct combination, whatever the variant axes are: size, colour, format, duration.
Five languages
It recognises the customer's language and replies in Italian, English, French, German or Spanish, quoting the same real products. Even if your store is in only one language, it describes every product in the buyer's language and walks them through to payment.
It hands over when needed
If the request goes beyond its scope, it collects name, email and phone number with consent, and delivers the contact to you.
It speaks like your store
Tone of voice, commercial rules and topics to avoid are set per store. The brand stays yours.
It is not built for one industry. It adapts to what you sell.
Any catalogueKartio does not come with ready-made answers for a category: it learns your catalogue, your variants, your policies and your tone, whatever you sell. That is why the same assistant sells scarves, bottles or cables with the same naturalness.
Clothing and shoes
It reasons about sizes, colours, fit and completing the look. It suggests the right size by looking at the product page and proposes the matching item that is really in stock.
Wine, beer and beverages
It reasons about vintage, format, food pairing and occasion. It can tell a bottle to give as a gift from a case for the cellar, quoting real labels.
Electronics and accessories
It reasons about model, compatibility and accessories. If the customer says which device they have, it proposes only compatible items, not lookalikes.
Home, beauty and everything else
Whatever your store sells, the variant axes are not preset: material, fragrance, size, duration. It reads them from your catalogue and uses them the way you do.
The point is not the goods, it is the craft. Understanding what the customer is looking for, choosing what makes sense in the catalogue, saying it in the store's own words and leading them to the cart: this stays identical in every industry. The catalogue changes, the shop assistant does not, whether it holds a hundred items or five hundred thousand. The industries, one by one
From the installed module to the first attributed sale.
How it worksYou install the module and paste a key
No administrative access to your site, no password to hand over, no developer to call.
The assistant learns the store
It reads the catalogue, variants, product pages, FAQs and service pages, and keeps updating itself whenever you change something.
It answers and walks customers to purchase
In writing or by voice, with purchasable product cards inside the conversation.
You see what it has sold
Every order stays linked to the conversation that generated it: you know how much it earns, not how many answers it gave.
It installs where your store already lives.
PlatformsWooCommerce
WordPressNative plugin. Products, variants, prices, stock, cart and service pages come from your WordPress, with no exports and no copies to keep in sync.
PrestaShop
dedicated moduleSame engine, same rules, same attribution. Combinations work even when the axes are not size and colour.
A tool you know where to keep.
ControlA spending cap, per store
You decide how much it can cost per month. Once the limit is reached it stops by itself, with no surprises on the invoice.
Large catalogues without slowing down
Tested up to five hundred thousand products while keeping the same answer quality.
Every store on its own
One store's data cannot be reached from another: separation is enforced by the database, not by application code.
No credentials to hand over
We do not ask for administrative access to your site. The module works with a key you can revoke at any time.
Compliant by design, not by promise.
ComplianceAn assistant that talks to your customers touches data and obligations. The three references that matter are treated as product requirements, with controls already in operation and verifiable.
EU AI Act
The assistant introduces itself as artificial intelligence in the greeting and stays marked as such in the interface and in machine-readable form. This is the transparency obligation of Article 50, in force from 2 August 2026: implemented in the widget, not left to a line in the terms.
GDPR
As little data as possible, for as little time as possible: the IP address is never stored in clear, conversations are deleted after ninety days, statistics remain aggregated. With activation you receive the data processing agreement and the full map of who processes what.
ISO/IEC 42001 and 27001
AI governance and information security built into the product: per-store isolation enforced by the database, keys managed as secrets, decisions tracked. Designed by a lead auditor of these standards.
Implemented, not declared
Transparency inside the widget
The customer knows they are talking to an AI because the interface tells them, in a form readable by machines too.
Measurable minimisation and retention
IP never in clear, conversations deleted after ninety days, aggregated statistics, session cookie only if the visitor actually writes.
Per-store isolation
Dedicated space, credentials and permissions for every ecommerce: separation is enforced by the database, not by code behaviour.
Contracts, not promises
Data processing agreement and supplier register with location and retention: documents you read before signing.
Said with the same clarity: Kartio is not a certified product and formal certification is part of the roadmap. What you read on this page are controls already implemented in the product and verifiable, not acronyms being waved around. The detail, control by control.
What everyone asks.
QuestionsCan it recommend a product I don't have?
No. Answers originate from your catalogue: if an item does not exist, is not available or falls outside what you have decided to show, the assistant does not propose it. If it finds nothing suitable it says so, instead of making things up.
How long does it take to install?
Installation is a WooCommerce or PrestaShop module plus an activation key. Then the assistant reads the catalogue by itself. No need to touch the theme, no developers needed and we do not need administrative access to your site.
What happens if it gets an answer wrong?
Prices, stock and variants are not memorised: they are read from the store at the moment of the answer, so pricing errors do not occur. On anything outside its scope the assistant does not improvise: it collects the customer's contact and passes it to you.
Is voice expensive?
Voice is a separate service, with a monthly spending cap agreed together. When the limit is reached it stops by itself, so you know the maximum spend in advance.
Which languages does it answer in?
Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. It recognises the customer's language and replies in it, quoting the same real products from your catalogue with correct prices and variants. Your store can stay in a single language: it describes the products in the customer's language and walks them through to payment.
How do I know if it is selling?
Every order stays linked to the conversation that generated it. The key figure is how much revenue came from the assistant's answers, not how many conversations it had.
Can I use it with my own brand?
Yes. Name, tone of voice, colours and commercial rules are set per store. If you are an agency you can resell it to your clients under your own brand.
The assistant is ready. Your store, from January.
Early accessUntil the January 2027 opening the demo store is the full proof: ask it difficult questions, try talking to it. Whoever writes now joins the first wave of activations on their own WooCommerce or PrestaShop.
